Here at Gosnells Community Legal Centre Inc. (GCLC) we promote basic human rights, including housing, income, equality, freedom and dignity, by a variety of support services to resolve legal, economic or social issues.
We offer legal advice and court representation to victims of family and domestic violence. Assistance may include making a Violence Restraining Order (VRO) application or representing clients in court.
The Victim Compensation Program is a specialized service providing legal assistance to victims of any crime, including victims of Domestic and Family Violence, to make an application for compensation for physical or mental injuries as a result of the crime.
The specialist Child Support solicitors provide legal advice and assistance to carer parents and in some circumstances to liable parents on limited income. We can also assist carer grandparents who require financial support.
A free, confidential service for residents living within the City of Gosnells. Financial Counsellors work with families and individuals experiencing financial hardship. The service offers, independent information, options and advocacy.

After hours appointments are available to assist low income people who are not in a position to engage a private solicitor. Private solicitors volunteer their time, on a roster basis, and assist with general law and family law issues.
